Fresh Dinner!

There is just something about going out to the garden, grabbing a radish, a couple of carrots, a bunch of lettuce, some spinach, broccoli (didn’t make the picture), and two spring onions and making a big ol’ dinner salad out of it.

I am headed to Baltimore to celebrate the 4th with my family, but when I get back I should be able to start picking swiss chard and beets… I do love beets.
